This patient had a successful hairline repair after being unsatisfied with a previous strip procedure. He sought Dr. Cole’s help to achieve a more natural look; plug redistribution was the corrective treatment.

Approximately 170 of the larger 2 to 5 hair plugs were removed and dissected, and then roughly 371 grafts were placed back into his frontal scalp via CIT FUE. 1 year post-op, the patient now has a much more natural hairline. He then decided to add additional single hair grafts to the frontal region to further soften and fill in this region. This final result can also require up to 12 months to become fully visible.
