CRP (Cole PRP) + Acell Treatments

FOLLICULAR STEM CELL TREATMENTS: Cytokine Rich Plasma + Acell Are The Future For Hair Restoration

Hair growth is contingent on a number of factors. Age, nutrition, and health are perhaps the most intrinsic. Take-home treatments like Propecia and Rogaine are also popular, though they vary in effectiveness and predominantly favor males.

While take-home treatments can be beneficial, though, outpatient treatments like Cytokine Rich Plasma, or CRP (Forhair’s specialized PRP) and ACell are proving more effective. In addition, these treatments also help with hair transplant recovery. PRP and ACell both enhance post-procedure healing time and minimize the chance of scars. Additionally, ACell helps rejuvenate donor follicles from CIT®.

CELLULAR THERAPIES: ENJOY GREAT RESULTS WITHOUT A HAIR TRANSPLANT PROCEDURE!

New Therapies are Leading to Thicker, Faster-growing Hair

Our advanced form of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) we call Cytokine Rich Plasma (CRP), and ACell therapies are the cutting edge of hair restoration. Each option activates hair growth and encourages scalp health. The overall effect? Denser hair that grows faster. Those in the first stages of hair loss are perfect candidates.Best of all, each treatment is also minimally invasive. CRP (Cole PRP) merely requires some blood work and platelet rich plasma injections while ACell only requires injections.

Our treatments also shine in conjunction with hair restoration procedures. Forhair’s unique CRP serum is among the most effective in the industry; transplant patients enjoy 99% hair growth in 4 ½ months rather than 100% hair growth in 12 months. No other clinic, whatever the FUE hair transplant cost, can offer such quick results. We take great pride in the effectiveness of our treatments. Our ultimate motivation, though, is to deliver the best possible outcome to our patients. Faster growth means our patients can enjoy their transplants’ effects that much sooner.

CRP (CYTOKINE RICH PLASMA)

CRP (CYTOKINE RICH
PLASMA) & PRP

Cytokine Rich Plasma (CRP) is an advanced version of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), a product derived from a patient’s own blood cells. As a treatment for hair loss, it is injected directly into the patient’s scalp. CRP/PRP particularly improves hair diameter and growth. Post-procedure, the serum’s growth factors support the healing process and promote tissue regeneration. We often administer CRP/PRP with ACell as the two have complementary effects.

A serum that replicates occurring protein structures in our bodies, ACell repairs and remodels damaged tissue. Injected into the scalp, ACell activates dormant follicular cells that encourage hair growth. After a CIT® procedure, it also encourages stem cell remnants in donor areas to regenerate into working follicles. Incredibly reparative, ACell also minimizes scar tissue. Lastly, ACell drastically lengthens the effects of CRP/PRP.

CYTOKINE RICH PLASMA AND PLATELET RICH PLASMA

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is an injection treatment that first gained notice in the 1970s. A serum that specialists derive from the patient’s own blood, The PRP treatment contains a number of cytokines and cellular growth factors. The serum is particularly gaining sway in sport’s medicine, post-surgical recovery, and hair restoration.

In regards to hair restoration, PRP injections has several benefits. Hair primarily grows faster and with a thicker diameter. PRP also has the *potential* to reactive hair follicles that are dormant for less than five years. However, this varies patient to patient and hair follicles inactive for more than five years will never reactivate. Stem Cell Suspensions, a serum similar to PRP but with the addition of the patient’s follicular stem cells, are showing much more promise for encouraging hair count.

PRP IS ALSO A USEFUL ADDITION TO HAIR TRANSPLANTATION.

The treatment decreases the chances of telogen effluvium, or temporary post-procedure hair loss. Further, it encourages quicker recovery and faster hair growth. Growth times and overall hair thickness, however, is significantly improving as hair specialists further research and enhance PRP.

Dr. Cole’s research has led to a new advancement that dramatically improves PRP’s potency. Through sonication Forhair filters unessential mass, increasing the PRP’s concentration by five to eight times.

Called Cytokine Rich Plasma, or CRP, the new serum significantly improves results. 80% of patients’ follicle transplants initiate growth after three months and 99% initiate within four and a half months. This is significantly faster than PRP and radically faster than recovery without either of the plasma serums.

NOT ALL PRP IS EQUAL

NOT ALL PRP IS EQUAL

Many specialists are offering PRP treatments. Much like hair transplantation procedures, though, there is a very good chance that PRP’s effectiveness depends on the method of its creation. PRP is not a standardized product. Specialists create each patient’s PRP at their own clinic or outsource it to a nearby clinic. The type of centrifugation and activator can vary, both of which can effect the serum’s effectiveness. Sonication’s ability to better concentrate cytokines and growth factors is further evidence of this fact.

CRP RESULTS

Those who undergo CRP treatments will experience a notable 50% increase in density, which is determined by the calculation of both the number of follicular units and the diameter of each follicle. This enhancement is a result of a comprehensive approach involving both manual hair checks and advanced AI technologies. Remarkable improvements in hair caliber become evident as early as 2 months after the commencement of treatment. Furthermore, patients benefit from the prolonged anagen phase of hair growth induced by CRP therapy. Lastly, one of the significant advantages of CRP is its ability to restore pigment to the hair shaft, thereby revitalizing its appearance and vitality.

ACELL: regenerate Tissue

An extracellular matrix laden with stem cells, ACell has a number of carbs, proteins, and collagens to help regenerate tissue. Its applications range from traumatic wounds and burns to surgical procedures. In all cases, though, ACell speeds recovery while also decreasing the chance of scars. ACell comes in patch and powder variants. Injectable, the material also brings numerous benefits to hair restoration and hair transplant recovery.

First off, ACell injections bring a significant drop in any scarring from FUE procedures.

st-op recovery, meanwhile, requires less time and is more effective. Most significant, ACell treatments are perfect for Cole Isolation Technique (CIT®), Forhair’s unique version of FUE. CIT® emphasizes the minimal invasion into scalp tissue.

This makes it the only FUE technique to leave stem cell remnants in donor areas. ACell significantly increases the chance these stem cells will regenerate into new follicles. In fact, results show that CIT® plus ACell encourage anywhere from 30% to 40% of all donor extractions to regenerate. This means patients grow 300 to 400 more follicles for every 1,000 grafts.CIT® plus ACell are among the first hair restoration strategies that offer such an impressive yield

ACELL AND CRP LAST LONGER TOGETHER

Acell combined with CRP will accelerate hair transplant results. Acell is a regenerative medicine. Anytime  regenerative treatments are combined with one another they feed off of each other. The combination will slow the regression of the result. In the case of CRP, the result begins to regress at the 9 month mark. Adding Acell will retard the regression process, but a follow up CRO session is still recommended prior to the 12 month mark.

PRP (CRP) + ACELL IS EFFECTIVE FOR BOTH SEXES

Current hair treatments notoriously favor males -even hair transplantation. Most significant, hair transplantation for females becomes scattershot as hair thinning advances. Unlike males, female hair thinning usually happens throughout the scalp. Such hair loss leads to less donor availability and requires a more diffuse transplantation. FUE, CIT® in particular, is playing a major role in changing this fact. Follicular regeneration in donor areas, because of CIT®’s minimum invasiveness and ACell’s regenerative capabilities, enable patients to actually gain hair from a procedure -not just change its location. Such innovations are improving transplants but are still, by and large, more effective for males.

CRP+ACell, on the other hand, is sex blind. Near all females enjoy significant improvement to hair growth and hair thickness. As with males, follicles dormant for under five years also have a chance of reactivating. Stem Cell Infusions, by all indications, should further help improve hair count, thickness, and growth.

CONCLUSION: CRP + ACELL IS MULTIPURPOSE

There is plenty of evidence that CRP+ACell is indispensable for the best possible hair transplant results. CIT®, due to donor regeneration, is particularly compatible with the treatment. Standalone, though, the treatment pair is proving itself quite effective. A growing number of hair restoration specialists are also offering PRP+ACell. An incredible amount of patients, male and female, are quite happy with the results.

At Forhair, though, we always believe results can be even better. We also emphasize the very best treatments. As we already mentioned, PRP’s effectiveness depends on the type of centrifugation and activator -parts of how specialists create the serum. Sonication, the basis of how to create CRP, is one such example. Infusing the serum with stem cells may very well be the next step of effectiveness. CRP+Acell Questions and Answers

As long as there is still a stem cell population within the derma papilla, CRP will regenerate hair.

PRP and CRP are not the same. PRP is comprised of platelets which secrete cytokines. The drawback to PRP is not all the growth factors are secreted. CRP is a burst platelet (platelet lysate.) Platelet lysate is pure growth factors which will create a better and longer last result than PRP.

CRP for hair will last 9-12 months. You have the option to add Acell with CRP which will sustain the growth factors for an extended period of time.

The ideal candidate for CRP is someone experiencing minaturization whowishes to reverse the hair loss. Also, it is important that anyone looking for CRP has an average platelet count, not on immune suppressants, blood thinners, and is generally healthy.

CRP is not a painful treatment. When delivered with the Alma TED, CRP is pain free. Injections with CRP could result in mild discomfort. Pain meds should not be required after the treatment, but if needed can picked up over the counter.
