The patient, classified as Norwood Type 3, had his first procedure with Dr. Cole in 2016, which consisted of 2200 grafts. He wanted to lower his frontal hairline, and although his hair loss was not very aggressive for his age, his donor area had an average number of follicular units but an above-average number of hairs per unit, with many grafts containing 3 or 4 hairs. Dr. Cole used multiple punch sizes instead of the common 0.85 to 0.9-millimeter punch, as the one-size-fits-all approach would not have been effective. The Advanced FUE technique, enhanced by CRP (Cytokine Rich Plasma), yielded remarkable results.
