Dr. Cole recently travelled to South Korea and Singapore at the end of August and the beginning of September 2011. He spent time evaluating the surgery teams in both regions of Asia and providing continuing medical education related to hair transplant surgery. The Forhair office in Seoul just moved to a new, larger office location that will provide plastic surgery, dermatology, and hair transplant surgery. Dr. Cole spent six days working with both Dr. J.S. Bang and Dr. Tyng Tan in Seoul, South Korea. The entire team in Seoul is doing splendid work. Dr. Bang is producing outstanding results for his patients. All the physicians conferred daily and into the evening on ways to improve the quality of results that they provide.
From Seoul, Dr. Cole travelled to Singapore with Dr. Tyng Tan to her state-of-the-art facility in Singapore. Two of Dr. Cole’s assistants also travelled from Atlanta to Singapore to work with the entire staff on the latest advances in CIT FUE and C2G hair restoration surgery. Dr. Tan displayed remarkable skills and she has a fabulous surgery team. Dr. Cole and his team spent four days in Singapore evaluating the Singapore surgery team and sharing information.
Dr. Cole believes that patients will be well served to have CIT FUE and C2G performed in both Singapore and Seoul. Now patients have more options than ever to avoid having a strip scar. Dr. Tyng Tan also plans to work in the London office that Dr. Cole is opening in conjunction with HDC or Cyprus.
Dr. Cole and Dr. Bang will meet once again in September 2011 at the ISHRS meeting in Anchorage, Alaska.
