This patient came to ForHair with significant hair loss affecting the hairline, frontal scalp, top, and crown.
Dr. John P. Cole performed an FUE hair transplant using a total of 3,362 grafts. The treatment plan was designed to rebuild the frontal frame while improving coverage across the top and crown.
Graft distribution:
• Front and top: 2,018 grafts
• Hairline: 288 grafts
• Crown: 1,056 grafts
• Total: 3,362 grafts
The before photos show extensive thinning through the frontal and central scalp, with additional loss extending into the crown.
Rather than concentrating all available grafts in one area, Dr. Cole strategically distributed them to create balanced coverage from the hairline through the crown.
The procedure was combined with CRP, Reyagel, PRF, and topical exosomes as adjunctive treatments.
The after photos show a substantial improvement in visual coverage. The frontal scalp appears considerably denser, the hairline provides a stronger natural frame, and the crown shows improved coverage while maintaining a natural growth pattern.
This case demonstrates how careful graft distribution can make efficient use of the donor supply when multiple areas of the scalp require restoration.
