The patient wanted to achieve a fuller crown and a lower more natural looking hairline. A total of 1,989 grafts were used in the procedure—1,468 strategically placed in the front and along the hairline, while 521 targeted the crown to enhance density. To support healing and optimize growth, PRF and Acell were also applied to the donor area.
