Patient Information

  • Procedure Type: CIT (Cole FUE)
  • Number of Grafts: 2700
  • Norwood Scale: Type 5

This class V patient came to our clinic in 05' to restore his frontal scalp and crown area. The patient naturally has salt-n-pepper hair with a medium coarse thickness, which generally allows for a fuller overall appearance. Approximately 2700 grafts were placed over two sessions from 05' and 06'. The crown was treated with 700 grafts, and 2000 grafts were placed in the front. In 2007, this patient began utilizing Propecia for the first time to help maintain native hair on his crown.

The photos sent by the patient include his original pre-op photo and his most current photos, both of which have sunlight exposure in the pictures. The indoor pre-op taken at our clinic is also included as a comparison.

The patient had significant improvement at just 6 months post-op and his result is more ideal at 27 months.
