Dr Cole will need to take a look on you to decide if it is a good idea to make a procedure after 6 month,i know i did it after 7 month and the hair is growing very fast.
if you wish to make a consultation please contact us though our website or send me an email at

6 months is not advisable to do a second procedure.
Because you just have approximately 50 to 60 % growing hairs for the previous procedure.
Usually this period is a perfect time to do your first assessment about a procedure in terms of growth. At that time we can predict the future and make a plan .
It will be a great idea to consult Dr Cole but don't expect to get a surgery that day .
We need first of all to classify you in the norwood scale , to know the amount of grafts and their location in the scalp during your previous procedure .That will give us a good starting point.
Let say they placed 1000 grafts in the front and your goal is to work in the crown area;there is no problem to do the procedure,it's a virgin area. But if you want to work in the front ,it's not a good time unless we realized that you have a poor growth and you need to fix it as soon as possible. Then we can do it.
You can send us those informations and some pictures for a pre-consultation.

i agree with Dr. Mwamba. There is an outside chance you can do surgery at 6 months. if the growth is great, ahead of schedule, then we can get started. if you want to work in an area that was not previously worked in, then we can get started now. if you want to work in the same area, it is best to wait and give the prior work an opportunity to get up growing.
