I know that the patient is highly appreciative for the service that IHTI has performed. His quality of life has definately changed for the better.

Graft information

Postby Michelle » Mon Mar 06, 2006 10:21 am

This patient came to us in 2004 as a repair case. His hairline was cobblestoned, pluggy and pitting. Some plugs contained as many as 12 hairs and the angles were off.
He just wanted a natural look and the hairline softened.
In 2004 we redistributed the plugs and placed hair into his scars in the donor area.
He just returned for the finishing touches of adding more hair to his hairline, adding more hair to the scar and had a few more plugs redistributed in this visit.
393g to the hairline
534g to the scars
23 plugs redistributed

5-day post-op healing w/FIT

Postby CITness » Fri Jul 07, 2006 8:48 am

Good Morning Wassup,

I will completely search our records to see if he has sent any follow-up photos but as of now I am searching. We normally contact patients to be informed of their results after 6 months so we may have to make a call a bit earlier. I will keep you informed!

Thanks

5 day post op healing

Postby ronanderson » Thu Jul 13, 2006 3:07 pm

Hello,
I examined these pictures that you posted but i don't see any trace of implanted hair. I know that new graft shed but it takes 2 weeks plus for all of them to fall out. Also this person's hair look much longer than the day he had the proceadure done. Hair grow about 1/2 inch a month but this person hair grow more than that in 5 days.

I'm a bit Skeptical that these are 5 day post op pictures
