Just wanting people's views on the best products they use as part of their regime. I currently use Proscar and am looking to add some vitamins for overall health. Heard Mega Men multi vitamins mentioned but not sure fi or where you can get them in the UK. Also what about Zinc, Biotin or is a good multivitamin sufficient?

I use Julian Jay shampoo and Nanaogen thickening conditioner.
Both seem to work very well together - the shampoo increases the blood supply to the scalp and the conditioner swells the hair.
