Hi Sharon, some questions first...are you a male or female? do you have hair loss? when you say oily...do you refer to your hair or the scalp?
Do you have any skin conditions like dandruff or psoriasis? have you seen a dermatologist?

also, what makes your hair fragile?. typcially a perm or hair coloring will do this. if it's not that, it could be some sort of disease that makes your hair fragile. If your hair is oily i'd suggest hair cycle shampoo and conditioner.
