we have operated a consultation office in new york for three years. we performed surgeries in this office for about one year, but then moved all surgeries to Atlanta. The reason for this movement was logistics and staff issues. Belive it or not, it is quite difficult to take our surgery on the road. If we forget something, we simply cannot do the procedure. The other problem is that we are most comfortable doing our work in the Atlanta office. We are best set up in Atlanta. I feel like i do my best work in Atlanta. However, i am exploring the option of training another physician to work in New York in the future. Of course, we will not allow this person to work under our umbrella until we feel they can do the work extremly well.
