yes,you can be suitable patient for some FUE repair work, but you will need to come to Atlanta, you need at least 1200 Fit on the hairline... its a little bit plugy and unsymmetrical.,I will get dr cole on the forum to give you more professional recommendation maybe there is a open spot in Cyprus but it will be difficult for a repair to fit in.

Your scar is very wide and low. The location is most likely why it is so wide although you might form a wider scar even if you go higher. i think the scar is the primary reason to consider FUE or FIT at this time Vs. Strip.

Regarding repair of your hairline: i do not feel you absolutely need to have repair work done. I feel the hairline was left acceptably high such that small, finer hair grafts can be placed in front of the larger grafts on your hair line and that this will produce a significant improvement in a single procedure. if you are not happy with the coverage from a single procedure or you feel the larger grafts are still visible, then you could add additional grafts or begin to extract the most visible larger grafts selectively. A repair procedure by itself as the initial procedure is probably an unnecessary expense unless you simply cannot stand the larger grafts and want to get rid of them.

certainly this initial procedure can be done by strip in our office or by hasson and wong. i feel the scar issue is the largest hurdle. if you elect to remove this very wide scar, you will probably wind up with a scar that is at best only 50% better than the existing scar or the same size and you will be more limited in how many grafts can be obtained at the time the scar is removed. if you make a new incision line, you will have a new scar, but the number of grafts will be higer.

you could alternatively remove hair from the sides of the scalp and get a good yield, but this too will create a new scar that will need to be contended with. i think the main thing you must consider is what you want to do regarding a scar.

thanks for you interest. hope this helps. about 1200 to 1800 grafts should be adequate. 2000 grafts are possible, but i feel this would be over kill.
