Shaving The Harvest Area

In your case I will shave an area of 16 cm length and 1 cm wide.
It's true that we harvest 1fu out of 4(which thin the donor area for 25%).
In average the donor area has a density between 80 and 100 FU.If I'm decreasing
my donor area for 25% i will end up with 75 FU per squarre cm;I assure you it will look as dense as a normal person.
Let us suppose that you have a density of 100 per squarre cm.With our procedure we will harvest around 25 FU in that surface.For 400 grafts we may need 400/25=16 squarre cm.The measures I gave you above will help you to cover easily the donor area.
