Is it ok to wear a loose fitting baseball cap the first day after a FIT procedure? If not, at what point is it ok? Just trying to make my travel plans and cover all the bases. Thanks in advance.

Yes, It is ok. We also give the patients a black Bandana (doo-rag) after the surgery...looks cool. As long as you lay the baseball cap on your head smoothly and don't pull it strong when you take it off. you will be just fine.
