Well, i would be happy to remove them for you with some hair tweezers. it is easy to do. if you can not make it to see me in when i am traveling out of town or in my office, you could try to remove the non-growing hair fragments yourself with a set of tweezers. again, non-growing hairs from grafts are quite common and more common in those with oily skin. they will come out as easily as a needle comes out of warm butter.
the other way to get rid of them is to pop the red bumps as the rise. this is your bodies own defense mechanism.
