I think that you should make the steps in the opposite way...means, 1.Educate yourself about the hair transplant options, start by reading this website and other general forums.
2. when you think it can fit you, Make a consultation with your chosen Doctor (do a lot of research before)
3. When you have the options and you know who is among the best, talk about cost and consider that quality is more important then the cost since you can end up doing a bad cheap hair transplant and only by trying to repair it you will spend a lot of $$$.
The hair that is going to be use is from your body, no one can transplant other people's hair.
The donor sites are form the back of your head or with our technology from the body (Chest hair, legs, neck...)
