hey slab - I've had 3 strip procedures (5600+ grafts) and 1 FIT (1100 grafts) procedure last July - if you overlook the scar(s) from the strip procedures you can get an idea of how I healed with the FIT:

my scabs were gone after about 7 days (used graftcyte) and if it weren't for the strip scars no one would have known any better - well actually they didn't, I wore a hat for about the first month to work if I had all FIT I would have not worn a hat after the scabs were gone and I started back to work.

Hello balloon: I am a banker as well with Wachovia. Not sure what your hairline looks like now or if you are going to shave pre-procedure. I did both my procedures Friday (300 and 500) and returned to work Monday. My existing hair comoflouged the grafts and nobody said anything about the back. If you give yourself a week off of work then you should be fine. But you are right, the procedure is totally undetectable after the fact. It will look good and you will probably want to tell some people what you've done. Some people asked me if I had a haircut or was styling it differently after 4 to 5 months has passed.

Wassup...looks like you posted some new pics. Man I'm telling you what, your hair is on point!! If it was a little bit more blonde it would look just like iceman's in "TopGun." Apparently, it was a long journey for you, but it looks like your where you want to be now.

thanks drew - iceman, man i wish I had val kilmer's density - summer is right around the corner maybe my hair will lighten up a little from the sun. just posted some 9 month picts (4 different longer styles - or attempts at 4 different styles anyways):

Damo - I've had something like 6850 total but this last round was 1100 FIT (around 900 front/top and 200 in scars).

pete - congrats man. the wife and I got married on Oct 5 (few years ago). check with Doc C's office about using minoxidil pre and post surgery, they can provide the best advice and insight.
