This is a 900 graft session of CIT, the Cole Isolation Technique, to the top mid-section of the scalp. we did not graft the hair line. rather we began removing several large, "pluggy" looking grafts from the right side of the hairline. The crown was not grafted either. He was quite satisfied with the healing of the right frontal hair line without scarring following the removal of several of the very large noticeable 2, 3, and 4 hair grafts that were on the hair line. Therefore, he returns now to remove many other large grafts from the hairline and to build a new hair line that is softer and more natural. this will blend well with the outstanding coverage he obtained from his relatively small first procedure.

"FIT" - Follicular Isolation Technique - is the same thing as "the Cole Method". "CIT" is just a hybrid of these names, although "CITLocks" is not a very cool sounding name.

This is a photo that represent the current session, More plugs has been removed from the hairline and more FIT work as been accomplished.
The patient don't want to touch the crown since he has no interest in fixing it at this point...
He is setisfied with the current density on top as well.

It don't matter how much i think he needs...what matter is how much the patient think he needs...in this case=0.
