I don't know much about Dermatix, but i heard its doing a pretty good job but only if its been used immediately after the surgery for a better healing. Your procedure was done back in 2001,so i don't think it will be as effective as it could be.
To better understand your situation me or the doctors on this forum will need to see a photo of your scar and i will need more details...how old are you, how wide is the scar, details on your last procedure,do you have a good resource of body hair?...ext..

by the way I'm working to provide more photos of FIT in to scar...this is still new and I suggest to be patient and keep on looking in to this forum for updates.
