Generally speaking, are certain body areas better than others for HT sources? For example, arm hair better than chest hair, etc.

Chest hair can be coarser than arm hair...it can have greater volume etc. If this is the case it will give greater coverage. Every case is different though. Some people have poor quality chest hair. Bht surgery is customized to the patient. What is the patient's demand in relation to BH supply?
