I think you are realistic. Patients is a virtue with HT because, as you understand, it can take more than one pass.

1500 FIT. Remember his balding area is bigger than yours. And of course his characteristics are different. After these photos where taken he followed up with another 1300 FIT or so for density. It should be interesting for you to see his progress.

Tell the doctor what you want to do. He will listen and give you his recommendation as well and together you will make a good plan. Again, given your situation, your goals are realistic
