This patient is a NW class 5A who underwent a mega session of 3,826 grafts using the CIT/FUE. His hair restoration of 3,826 grafts was completed in a one-day session.
The patient is very exited about his results and have recently send us 9 months post-op photos. The patient is from the UK so getting him to the office to take photos is a hard task.
While techniques of other hair transplant procedures require multiple sessions of hair transplants, we are moving forward to doing more follicular units in one session. Our mega sessions require our patients to do few sessions to achieve their goals. The goal of this patient was to restore the frontal area with a conservative hairline and possibly the crown.

I hope that you and the staff at Dr. Cole's are well. I attach some photos taken last weekend on 22/7/2012, one year after my surgery. As there are a number of large files I have sent them in two E-mails as they are too big for one E-mail.

The results are looking good now. The front and hairline are dense and natural. There is all over coverage. The look of the crown varies depending on the lighting so I have sent you some photos under different light levels. The photos taken last weekend were in strong light. I have added a couple of photos taken today in lower light so that you can see the contrast. Generally there is a striking improvement when compared to the pictures before my surgery. With hindsight, most of the growth seemed to happen in the 5 month period from 4 to 9 months after my operation. Compared to my age 40+ peers I seem to have a normal head of hair and this has definitely improved my confidence.
