Is any data available to see the effect of acell on scarred recipient site? I personally have some fibropitc (Sp) scarring where the scalp has whitened and thickened, from my nobel clinic HT which has been much improved by Dr Cole, I would be very interested in the effect acell could have on my scar tissue.

Injecting the Acell will probably not change the scar tissue. One thing you could do is punch out the hypopigmented scar and put Acell in the wound. This might induce melanocyte migration into the area. I do not think it will help with hypertrophic scarring, however.
