I have had several tranplants in the last 10 years, I have a full forelock up to the NW 4 level, I can tell now that I will be gong to a NW6 level, I don't have enough donor to compensate for this. Does anyone know of a natural looking solution? possibly thinning out my forelock by removing those graphs and redistributing them?

If you have plugs then just take them out then camo the rest. That is probably the best if you want to keep any hair at all. Hope it will work out for you. It's a shame that you have to consider doing removal.
