It is not recommended to have HT in your age. until your hair loss will mature you can try some alternatives such as propecia.
You can send us a Virtual Consultation to get a more detailed respond.
There are a handful of posts related to your situation on this forum, i suggest to also perform a search.

Hello Hairback,

I can understand your frustration regarding hair loss mostly because you are still young. We would prefer that you send in a few photos showing the area/s of concern and share your specific goals. From the photos, Dr. Cole could give you his recommendation in a couple of days which saves you several hours of travel time. Typically we require that younger patients try medical therapy and other non-surgical methods before moving forward with the surgery. The unknown factor is that more hair loss can occur after the procedure and you may possibly need multiple procedures to fulfill your goals. Your expectations must be reasonable and your donor resources must be sufficient to cover the balding areas. We are basically letting you know that you and your doctor must discuss a treatment plan and an exit strategy in case the hair loss becomes too great. Many popular clinics don't really tell you the facts until it is too late and at that point these patients come to us for repair. In the end, you will see that we will be saving you time and heartache by delaying any aggressive hair transplant procedure. I hope that I have shed more light on the matter.
