Dr Cole does 100% of the extractions

Dr Cole does 100% of the extractions

Postby forhair » Sun Dec 14, 2008 5:05 am

Dr. Cole does 100% of the extractions. There are no other doctors at this clinic and we don’t extract on both sides at 1 time. This clinic is very small and individualized to allow Dr. Cole to focus on each patient. We do have assistances for Dr. Cole, but they don’t perform the act of extracting follicular units. Your friend is welcome to post his or her experience in this forum.

For some reasons my posts are gone?

Forhair, is what you said in this posting previously not true? Or was it previously true and no longer happening?

Please see pic.

It wasn't accurate. by saying other doctors i meant the ones who works in the forhair group in Korea and China. In our Atlanta office Dr. Cole is currently the only doctor. Sorry for the confusion.

Just one more question. A simple yes or no question...

Postby dreckster » Wed Dec 17, 2008 7:24 am

Sorry for coming out with what might seem like a combative attitude. But I think you would agree with me that the hair transplant industry as a whole has had a history of lies and misrepresentations.

So I think its important for people to know as much as possible about each and every doctor or clinic they are considering.

I am still confused by my friends experience, and then another user on this forum, who although saying that the other doctor who worked on him in Atlanta did a great job, saying the same thing in terms of another doctor besides Dr. Cole working on him in the Atlanta office.

And then the fact the thread was deleted is also very disturbing and alarming.

I guess my question is this:

Obviously by your statement there is no other doctor currently that in the Atlanta office doing FUE extractions. I don't think you would make that statement without it being true.

But at anytime in the past has there been a doctor besides Dr Cole (perhaps one of the doctors you mention now practicing in one Cole's international office's) that did FUE extractions during a procedure in Atlantla?

A simple yes or no would suffice.

dreckster, i think i was very clear in this post. Dr. Cole is the only doctor doing surgeries in Atlanta. If you are interested in doing HT surgery you can come to our office and verify.

forhair,

I would double-check this response with the Doctor just to make sure. I'm not doubting your integrity, just suggesting that perhaps you have not communicated with the Doctor on this point for some length of time.

I am 99% sure that another doctor helped extract units during the long, laborious, 12 hour procedure. However, Dr. Cole was the ONLY doctor that made the incisions during the procedure. That is where the real artistry comes in: The design and placement of the incisions.

Please just confirm this with the Doctor.

Dreckster: Just to put your mind at ease...the ENTIRE staff at Dr. Cole's office is outstanding. You have nothing to worry about. My transplant is absolutely invisible to the naked eye. My friends and family are shocked every time I remind them that I have had the procedure. I even had a girl last Summer comment on how lucky I was that I was 33 and haven't started losing my hair. If she only knew!!! :D

Forhair please don't be a politician, just answer yes or no

You replied 'Dr. Cole is the only doctor doing surgeries in Atlanta'

I am glad you have made it clear that currently Dr. Cole is the only doctor doing extractions in Atlanta.

But that wasn't my question.

I specifically asked have other doctors in the past done extractions at the office in Atlanta.

Please answer 'yes' or 'no' to my question.

Dr. cole runs a very small practice where he is in charge of every aspect of the procedure. Almost all hair transplant surgery procedures performed in every clinic in the world are a team effort. Your claims thus far are false. The questions you ask serve no useful purpose to those with hair loss. You also post under fake IP's (maybe from some kind of software that fake Ip's), this is not allowed on this forum. We are banning you.

Answer....

Postby HairWhereArtThou » Mon Jun 22, 2009 1:35 pm

I can answer this. I had work done by Dr. Cole in the summer of 2006. My memory is that, at least at my session, I am not sure Dr. Cole did any of the hair extractions. Other doctors he was training for foreign offices did all of the extraction work on me. Not sure if that is still the case, but certainly was at my session.

Hi, a few months back (im just now reading your post for the first time) you said that dr cole may not have done all if any of your hair grafts and that some doctors that he was training did the grafts.... so what was the end result? are you happy with the way your transplant turned out??
