Pluggy Hairline Revision – 2 Year Result Pictures

A 31 year old patient came to us wanting to improve his hairline. He had two previous hair transplants from another clinic that left him with poor growth and several larger follicular units on the frontal hairline, giving a pluggy appearance. We revised the hairline with FIT grafts to increase the density, lower the hairline, and camouflage the plugginess for a more natural look. Below are the results two years after the surgery.

Very Happy Patient

Wow, that is me! I cannot wait to take pictures of the results from my most recent surgery (March 12th and 13th of this year). I am now 4 months post-op and things are coming along nicely. My first surgery (the pictures) with Dr. Cole was, I believe, 1169 grafts total (Dr. Cole, correct me if I am wrong). This latest surgery was about 2350 grafts so the results should be more dramatic. I am very happy to see the improvement illustrated in photos because it really gives you a different perspective. Dr Cole, you are the man! I cannot thank you enough.

:D Hey! I was just about to email you to let you know your pictures are up. They look great. I can see so much difference between your 2005 hairline and the 2007 result from the first surgery of 1169 grafts. Congratulations! I look forward to more pictures from you.

Finer HL work

Hey Dgudsl,

You are looking good with that finer hairline. Anyone can observe that your hair is much more natural looking now. I'm glad you came to Dr. Cole and team.

Cool. The wet shots look better than the dry befores. That hairline is like butter, very soft.

I can tell the single hair grafts have really softened the look. Very nice work!

Hairline

Singles hair grafts have softened the look with a natural look. Don't try to look thick in your hair line;it is unnatural and with time it may look awful. Hair transplant is a lifetime decision and you may get it right from the beginning.

Great results! :D

I sent 11 month post op photos from my most recent surgery (in March 2007) in February 2008 and I am wondering if you could post them. It has been almost 3 months and they have not been posted yet. Was there a problem with the photos?
