What would you recommend betwenn hair cycle shampoo and nizoral or can you use both?

They work very good together...Nizoral also works very well in controlling dandruff.
I recommend using Nizoral 1% twice a week (about 3 or 4 days apart) and then using the Haircycle shampoo the other 5 days and continue with the Haircycle conditioner all the time, etc.

I prefer Nizoral. There are some studies that say Nizoral reduces sebum (DHT) on your scalp

Nizoral needs to be used twice a week on average, no more than every other day at the most. No need for any more than that.

I believe it is important to note that these are two different products with different ingredients. I think both have a great deal of value. See the Hair Cycle Ingredient list page if you are unfamilar with the product.

Can you please tell me what are the proper ways or doses of taking Nizoral..? And how long will take to start working...?

Nizoral is either 1% or 2%. 1% is over-the-counter and is good enough!
We recommend they use it (shampoo) twice a week, and use another shampoo and conditioner in between.

Doctors have found that Nizoral shampoo works well for controlling dandruff right away you start to use it. Some scientists have suggested that over-the-counter Nizoral might also be useful as a hair loss remedy. Nizoral Shampoo has met the FDA´s standards as a dandruff treatment, but you will not see the shampoo advertised by its makers as a hair loss remedy.

use nizoral twice a week and hair cycle 5 times a week. leave both shampoos and conditioners on for 5 minutes so they can penetrate the scalp and do their job. then rinse. if you have a bad case of dandruff, i would use a dandruff shampoo such as Head and Shoulders once or twice a week and reduce your hair cycle use by one or two days a week. again, leave the dandruff shampoo on for 5 minutes prior to rinsing so that it can do its job too.

i would hold off on nizoral shampoo while pregnant.

I have an amateur question. Will stopping to use Nizoral have as dramatic of an effect as stopping Propecia? I know whatever benefits you get from using the shampoo will be lost upon stopping to use it but would it be as bad as stopping Propecia?
