Pimples on my head

this is common effect after getting an hair transplant, when the hair start to go through the skin, the hair is caught under the skin and sometimes can cause irritation. once it get through the skin the pimples clears up and thats the end of it.
you have nothing to worry about. keep on squizing them mabe with a thin needle.
