Hi everybody i just only want to know these all hair loss products which we find in market that are how much effective i think you are getting my point like all this shampoos and hair oils etc...

please tell me i am very confused coz after seeing each ad i think yes this is good or this is perfect or nice item but after using that i cant satisfied. and i have to be nervous.

there is no one product, shampoor, oil, etc. that will totally stop hair loss in all individuals or increase hair in those who do not have it. the most stuided and documented products that grow new hair are avodart, propecia, and minoxidil. then there are other products that help to retard hair loss. they are not going to grow new hair. they just slow down the process. think of hair loss as an aging process. sometimes it is the cummulative affects of many different products that allow you to retard your hair loss.

for instance, i recomend propecia, rogaine 5% foam, Nizoral shampoo two days a week, and haircycle shampoo 5 days a week. this combines products that might increase your hair, slow down your hair loss, and retard the aging process of the hair. remember the continual oxidative process is going to cause aging. antioxidants help to retard the aging process. also nitric oxide precursors can help the body produce more antioxidants that help to fight the oxidative aging process and reduce reative oxygen species that can be harmful to cells.

you should use products that are proven to work. don't waste your money on new ingredients that they say produce more hair. if they will not tell you what the ingredient does or how it works, you should not take it. most likely the ingredient doing the work is saw palmetto or minoxidil in these cases and the mystery ingredient has no known function.
