Dermaroller safe post-op

I'm about 5 months post-op my second surgery with Dr. Cole. Started minoxidil (Spectral DNC) for the first time ever about 4 weeks ago. I've recently been reading up on the use of needling to aid in minoxidil penetration. The most popular product for this is Dermaroller. My question is about safety, and not effectiveness. Would using it at this point damage the grafts, or help them?
