I don't want to sound condoscending because if you have issues with your hair then who am I to judge. I mean, I am cruising this forum just like every other guy with "hair issues". However, your hair looks absolutely fine. Yeah, maybe you don't have the hairline of a 16 year old anymore, but in terms of overall loss, I think there are bigger fish to fry, so to speak.
I'll be frank, the risks involved with hair transplantation or any surgery should always be weighed with the benefits. If you find that down the road your hair loss is really unbearable, then perhaps consider surgery. For now though, I think you should enjoy those lucious locks and get on with it.
I'm 32 years old and have been experiencing gradual loss to the frontal hair line and temples since I was around 23 or 24. I tend to obsess over it sometimes and sometimes I don't pay it any mind. I do think that the hair loss is a reminder that one is getting older...and some of us like the idea of being young. I stand on the subway sometimes and marvel at some of these younger guys with that deep, thick hairline and get extremely jealous. I do know one thing though, if someone is a perfectionist and is striving for the fountain of youth, then no surgery in the world is going to fix it. Because first you'll want to lower your hairline, and then you'll notice perhaps crows feet around your eyes, and then maybe you'll notice that your stomach used to be flatter. It's a slippery slope when you start scrutinizing your physical appearance.
Long diatribe...sorry...but you have great hair. Stressing over it is a waste of your energy.
And ask any chick (sorry for the term), chicks go for confidence, not perfect hairlines. And chicks can smell fake confidence a mile away. If you go out at night and you're stressing over two misplaced follicles, it's game-over. You are what you think you are.
