appropriate Age?

I was wondering what an appropriate age would be to start looking into hair restoration surgery? Has work been done on people in their mid twenties?

What about the crown area? Is this something that can be tackled in the twenties?

It is best to wait until you are between 25-30 years old before starting hair transplantation... the reason is that the doctor may not be able to tell where you are going to go in terms of hair loss and it could be impossible to keep up with if you get started too early. The crown is best left to Propecia and Rogaine for as long as possible... since it takes 3 times as much hair to give it the illusion of coverage as the front and top areas... it just eats up your donor supply without giving much back in return...

Mr. Jones, first welcome to the forum. In general i agree with Michelle, although sometimes there are very few exceptions.
