take a photo and send it to me. i'll check it out. all in all a couple of pimples is really nothing to be concerned about but hair loss would bother anyone. unless something else is going on to cause hair loss, you should not have anything to worry about long term. i wouldn't worry about graftin anything rightn now, but lets take a look at it so we can evaluate your progress over time. haven't heard of these problems in the past, but that does not mean strange things don't occur. nothing serious should be going on with regard to your donor area, however.
