How much density in Follicular units might be required adjacent to some larger grafts in order to make them blend in? Is it often smart to de-bulk them while transplanting adjacent to them?

Tomas,

This is very difficult without knowing your individual case. Many times it is possible to de-bulk, as you state, however one has to understand that removing hairs and redistributing never really gives back the same yield. I would suggest that you have a consultation, because your questions seem to be pretty specific.
