No, I think it should be fine. Exercise helps the body to be as healthy as possible, so that should be good for the hair. Cool

oh..and your hair looks great Razz
I think that sweating comes from the nervous system and we all know that stress can cause skin diseases and hairloss...
i would like to hear cole's opinion on that too...

Very good point. Sometimes when a person goes through a large amount of stress it can cause hair loss. The stress can be something physical, like a surgical procedure or illness, or the stress can be emotional, like the loss of a loved one. When stress causes the hair to fall out, it is called telogen effluvium. Luckily, this kind of hair loss is not permanent, and the hair will typically begin to grow back in about 3 months after the shed.

If you feel that you might be losing hair due to stress, be comforted that it will grow back. It might be helpful to talk to friends or family members to find out what is stressing you and learn how to best deal with or eliminate the underlying problem.

I've only heard of a single case over the years who developed sweating and hair loss. In theory DHT could be released in the sweat and build up on the surface locally. This could theoretically lead to hair loss. Sweating itself is not supposed to cause hair loss, but your hair will look thinner when it is wet.
Stress definitely can cause hair loss and also Grey hair or a loss of pigment in the hair in a rapid fashion. Typically he degree of stress has to be great such as a combat situation or being held hostage by terrorists.

I agree with the above, although excessive sweating can cause stress and the body (skin) can react to stress.
There are some good non surgical solutions to hendle excessive sweating.
There are some good Antiperspirants that contain metallic salts like aluminum chloride hexahydrate, they use for treatment for excessive sweating of the underarms, hands, feet, and sometimes face. They are called the first line of treatment because they are the least invasive and experts recommend that they be tried first.
You can learn more and find a dermatologist here: excessive sweating
