Recently, I had the pleasure of helping a very grateful patient take a tremendous step toward his goals to hair restoration. He would like for me to publish his words on his behalf and remain totally anonymous. As psychologically stressful as hair loss is for a patient, it is likely to be even more so for patients who may even need corrective surgery. As for me, I am just happy to inform patients of a state of the art procedure. Below are the words of Dr. Cole's patient:
Dr. Cole,
I had a nice drive home and everything looks great. Thanks for all of your hard work and patience with me! Please pass that on to your staff, especially Truett for how hard he worked the past two days. I think in the future we can go ahead and use the legs, and I will just deal with it, since that appears to be the best of what is left. I should have realized that beforehand.
As I said, you are the only doctor who has not given up. I am embarrassed to even count how many procedures this has been including Sunseri, Brandy and Jones. If I had it to do over I never would go through this, but once the process is started it is a major commitment (Of course I didn't understand that going into it!). But I will say I am finally at a point where I am happy with results.
Thanks again,
Grateful Patient |
