Dr. Cole and the team planted 1,300 FIT grafts in this patient’s frontal area to reinforce his hairline. In the before photos you will see a considerable area of vellus “peach fuzz” hair where the patient’s hairline rested in his younger days. The new hairline was designed around this vellus pattern with additional grafts being placed further back in this thinning frontal area.

With just a small number of grafts, the limp and un-stylable hairline was subtly transformed into a more vibrate front row.

The subtlety is amazing. Did the patient have mostly single hair grafts placed? That's a lot of grafts in a small area to produce such softness.
Was the hairline moved down at all? Thanks
