I just uploaded some new picts in my gallery. the picts are about 1 week out from 3 month and also taken indoors. I'll try to take the 3 month picts next week outside. It was too bright/too late in the day to take outdoor picts from my back patio right now (sun almost directly in front/over top/picts would be overexposed)... couple quick notes. I think I noticed the growth start at around 8 weeks (easier to tell than before since I had hairline work done). also in the areas where I may have experienced shock in the donor area - I have had some really painful ingrown or cyst type areas - they did not form a bustable head on top and each lasted about a week. I had not experienced these before but are something I thought I would note before I forget. I hope it is a good sign hair is coming back in.
Extremely nice!! Do you think this is your last HT? It looks fantastic but you may want more. How have your peers, friends, family, etc. reacted since your transformation started back a few years ago?
thanks Drew. I'm hoping this is the last one - time will tell. I'm only 3 months post-op so hopefully there will be lots more growth right around the corner. No one has really said too much to me. I think because this has been a work in progress and not an "all at once" transformation it kinda has metamorphed in front of people without them realizing what was happened. family that know about my HTs initally said my hair looks nice (years ago) but has since not really made any commments about it...
NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Wassup don't ever stop doing more FIT! We never have enough LOL
I will make it clear, you are the best hair transplant results period and i wish that very patient will get the same as you got from Dr. Cole.
By the way, what are your close people (family, work) saying about the latest session? do they see the change?
eurostar - thanks for the kind words. my wife is the only family member who has seen me since my hair started growing out from the last surgery. she thinks it looks nice so far. no one at works knows I had any HT work done. a couple people commented I had nice hair and they wondered why I would buzz it down (post surgery) and one person commented my "nice hair" was back after a couple months of growing out.
I agree, wassup should be the poster boy for super quality ht's. I'm taking the same approach and just staying on top of any thinning. If you can get a couple hundred grafts here and there over a period of time, the results are great and the shock loss isn't apparent.
ok finally got some 3 month post-op picts (actually 3 months and 1 week now). growth seems to really have taken off up front and in the temple areas where the hairline was lowered . I believe I had some shock in a couple areas - the left side being the worst area. I do feel some growth coming back. hopefully it will be back fully in a couple more months. anyways, below is the link to the picts, some are better than others..
Yet another set of amazing photos from wassup...i wished all our patients were posting their follow up photos...
your hairline is getting lower and closer to this small round scar on your forehead...i think that this session will be the last one...your are done! .
you reached your goal to have hair like Elvis
as always, thanks or the kind words ForHair. I'm hoping this one wraps me up. it would nice if everyone would post their progress. I think everyone can benefit from a variety of success stories...
i agree. i hope it doesn't like a cliche, but most of our patients are just happy and feel they need to move with their lives...they don't want to deal with thoughts about hair anymore...
The best way is to see patients in person.
