| This is a good question. Semen is made of of fluid from the testicles and the prostate in addition to sperm. i do not think anyone was assessed which source is the culprit for a reduced volume. it would be of value to check sperm counts before propecia and after propecia. this would be an intersting study. i suspect that everything goes right back to normal after you stop the propecia, but i have not heard of any studies to support this. i do know that sterility is not one of the listed side affects. |
