My hair is about 1 and 3/4 in the back. I DO NOT want the harvest area to be visiable. How big and wide of an area that needs to be shaved to harvest 400 grafts?

Is it true in the harvest area you take approx. 1 out of 4 hairs making your hair thinner in the back by 25%?
