4 months post-op still noticeable redness

Dr. Cole did my FIT Transplant, I started washing my hair exactly as instructed in post op instructions I followed all instructions precisely. Scabs fell off around 10-12 days post op. I used the biotin spray religiously, wish I would have got more bottles. I did not purchase any shampoo or gels tho...

It has been 2 months since my surgery and my head is still very red in the recipient area, which is the frontal area, and is very noticeable. 4 weeks FIT little bumps what to or not to do?

It has been a month since my surgery, and I am starting to get little red bumps in some of the grafts like little pimples, at this stage ( 4weeks) should I be squeezing the skin at all, or just let them be. Thanks!! That makes me feel better that it is more about the procedure itself, and not about cutting the percentage of the grafts growth rate down by a lot. After the procedure I did not smoke for a week, then started smoking a few a day. Did not go to crazy to quickly. Everything seems to be healin...

Smoking and hair transplant

Just curious how smoking cigarettes will effect the growth of grafts. I know the post- op instructions say to decrease as much as possible, but is there any evidence that there will be less growth if a person is a smoker compared to a non- smoker, and why does it effect something that is growing out...
