The frontal region definitely. When your talking to people at close range, this is what I think they would notice. You can always cut it short to offset the impact in the back.

Going well, I just had around 395 put in the frontal region a month ago and we dropped the left side hairline a tad. That puts my total to around 1,232. Crown area is holding tight, the meds are doing their job!

I had some grafts put in last week and Cole extracted hairs from my inner thigh to replace what they were taking from the back of my head. He's right, it is labor intensive process. I'm currently taking advodart, green tea extract, daily mulit vitamin, and saw palmetto. Do any of these need to be discontinued prior to surgery? Also, what is the cutoff (if any) that you have to stop minoxidil prior to surgery? How about after the surgery? Am currently taking a cycle of creatine ...

Sounds like your hair is pretty stable but it's always good to be cautious. I wish I had jumped on propecia at 18 when I started to see some fall out.

How is your hairline and overall density. Did you start losing hair at 22? If you did and you're 35 now, that's pretty encouraging. How bout family history hairloss?
