Theoretically it is possible. However, I am not familiar with a case where a person to person hair transplant has been done and so far there is no evidence that it is possible. As I said theoretically it would be possible, but we don’t know what the results would be and how the growth yield would ...

Actually I have some good news for you... Hair multiplication IS AVIABLE and early stages of research promised positive results! Intercytex, a bioengineering company that specializes in hair multiplication, has completed PHASE 1 safety trials and the results yielded better than expected. Technically...

according to research Avodart is 50% more effective than propecia in growing back the hair. However, Avodart as a drug is still in its infancy and many of the long term side effects of that drug are unfortunately not known yet. Drewstunner was right, start with propecia since its "safer" and cheaper...

okyrz, with all due respect, but you and the people on this forum are exactly the opposite, we have hair everywhere else but on our heads, which is kind of ironic. I would trade you any day in terms of hair. In my opinion, i dont think you have a problem, i would give all my body hair, including pub...

What are donor areas? If you mean what hair can be transplanted than the answer is simple: ANY HAIR. Which then means that ANY AREA on your body that has hair growing on it is a potential donor area. Hairs transplanted from the body grows and yields differently in a way i could not tell you exactly ...

Logically speaking, it “may” increase your hair loss because more testosterone is produced hence, my Testosterone converts into DHT. However, that’s just a theory, it is also believed that if your hair follicles are programmed to fall out, then it really would not matter how much DHT you have ...

How long propecia stays in your system is rather a tricky question. The correct answer to this would be: “FOREVER”. In pharmacology how long a drug stays in your system is measured by half life. Half life of a drug is a measure how long it takes for the drug to half the dose in your body. Or, ho...

Bigger Sessions = Less yield?? IS that true

I was just wondering if a bigger HT session for example 2000 - 3000 grafts has lower yields than a smaller (500 - 1000 HT) sesssion. I am wondering if it is true that the less grafts you have done the better yield you get? Or does it really matter? Is the yield not dependent on the number of grafts ...

I have studied many hair transplant recoveries, and week 19 seems to be the "magic week" where a major improvement in the transplanted hair follicles happens.

Please not that everybody is different and that results vary from patients to patient

I am quite surprised to see the anagen transplanted hairs starting to take the lead. Maybe the transplanted hairs did not go into shock and continued the anagen phase without going into telogen. I as well, expected to see the telogen transplanted hairs to grow first. Very interesting study indeed, k...

I think you should change your barber  ... hahahaha, for 4$ and 1$ tip in USA, i think the barber was worth it: #2 blended used to be my hairstyle at that barber, and she cut it two inches on top, and 2mm on the sides blended in. It is one of my dreams to grow out my hair again and be able to...

The reason sunlight should be avoided is because UV light damages skin cells, including hair cells, as well as it slows down proper healing of grafts. It should be avoided as long as possible until the grafts have grown. Six months is a fairly liberal suggestion because we all know that it takes som...

Sometimes when you go to the salon a #1 simply means 1 inch, a #2 means two inches of hair. The bottom line is: When you cut your hair, a #1 means to cut the hair to one inch length. WHen you shave your hair a #1 means 1mm length. I have asked my barber this same question a long time ago. i hope thi...

People can say all they want, words usually don't solve anyones hair loss prblems. I have been researching Hair transplant surgeries and surgeons for almost one year. I must admit that Dr. Cole's results have been by far the best in the industry. No other surgeon has actually show ACTUAL photos of p...

Yes i love to see this kind of growth with body hair.

Although it is not the as good as scalp hair, it is still pretty good considering 4 months post op, the number of grafts, and the area that needed to be covered.

This photo just gave me and others new hope on BHT :)
