you mean , at the same time we extract the head-hair , right after we add body hair to donnor area ? If that is correct , i think is very good and probably the solution of no thinning donnor area .

thanks dr Cole ,saw palmetto i have read many times , from your experience patients who use this , have positive feedback ? Is there a 'topical' propecia regimen ? Something that can topically reduce the levels of dht(if i write it well ) .I think i read somewhere that there was a plan for that .

dense packing ?

one matter i read usually is dense packing . I read 2 opinions : The first supports 'medioum' density procedure ,for better survival rates due to better blood circulation . This in my opinion will make an apearence of a thinner look , that need a second procedure .That thinner look with strong hairs...
