The post was in no way meant to promote my site, I genuinely wanted help to populate a directory which I thought would be useful for all.

I ahev removed the hyperlinks and please accept my apologies for the misunderstanding.

Hair loss/transplant directory

Hi I've been asked so many times to which hair transplant clinic I would recommend or which products are best. I nearly always refer the many email enquiries to these forums as they can get the best advice from asking people like you. Please don't think that this post is trying to promote my site in...

Which country excels in hair restoration

I've often thought about this. Many guys say you have to travel to get a good HT and that may be true. Some of the UK clinics have bad reputations however, some foreign ones also. So which country does the best hair transplants? I would think the main contenders would be: USA Canada Greece UK Though...

Thanks for the great words of support - never been anyone's hero before :) Here's my answers to your questions: 1. How did you handle you hair loss? Did you take it easy, or did you end up like an emotional wreck? My hair was disappointing for years and I spent £1000's on miracle cures that never w...

On occassion, I use Dermatch which has an amazing effect.
I will probably have a third (and final) HT towards the end of this year.

Don;t get me wrong, the HT is superb and I am so much more confident now I am no longer bald.
I suppose I'm greedy and want more :)

How dense can a hair transplant be

After 2 sessions, my head is covered with hair and I am very satisfied however, I wish it could be thicker on top. In comparison to be being bald it is 10000% better however it is not as thick as it was when i was in my early 20's. Has anyone had a hair transplant (or 2 or 3 ..) and the final result...

Although I am 10 years older than you, I suffered with the side effects when I started Finasteride and again when I went on to Dutasteride. They seem to last around a month then disappear although I have found one long term effect of staying on the drugs is a loss in ejaculation strenth and produce ...

I use Julian Jay shampoo and Nanaogen thickening conditioner.
Both seem to work very well together - the shampoo increases the blood supply to the scalp and the conditioner swells the hair.

I am on Dutasteride and for a month I lost my libido as well as my morning glory.
Things got back to normal after a month although I don;t feel exactly the same as how I did before starting the tablets.

I've been on Finasteride/Dutasteride since September 2004.

I had around 5000 grafts and went from bald to a good head of hair.
A NW 2 shouldn;t need any more than 1000 grafts.
