I think your best bet is to hang low for 7 to 10 days. After 10 days I was able to be basically undetected. However, before 10 days if was pretty obvious something happened up there.

Here is a pic 7 months post op with short hair. I got a haircut today. The hair in the current pic is shorter than the pre-op picture.

I don't know if the meds have lost their effectiveness. But for me, and everyone is different, the meds only slowed my hairloss. They did not stop my hairloss.
