I'll post more photos later tonight. I call it slightly because I do not know how else to describe it. In terms of cosmetic procedures had this been done the results would be that much more dramatic than any other thing. Slight may not be the word to use, but bottom line is that I think a small procedure with a limited number of grafts used (less than 500) would benefit me. (Based on measurements and probable density including hair/skin characteristics.)
I would not call what I am looking to do aggressive because through my research I've come across Dr's who were more than willing to cut strips from the back of my head and use density placement that would be sufficient for areas 2 to 3 times the size of areas marked. Also, these dr's were also looking to lower my hairline and completely close the temple angles which would give me the hairline of a non balding person.
I would love to go in for an in person consult. But I have some concerns about that which make it hard. I just started a new job and enrolled in school with a full time load for my masters. Time I have to take off is very limited and what time I do have is better saved if I do go ahead and have a procedure. Also, some Doctors have been known to turn down patients on the basis of their age which would be a major waste after spending hotel/travel expenses just to make it for a consult. I am somewhat picky about who I would trust to do such work and many of the well respected doctors with great reputations, such as Dr Cole and his team, operate quite a distance from me |
