I am 19 years of age have began using propecia. I have been uusing for it just under a month and it appears that my temples and the frontal area is getting worse since i began using it. is there a reason for this and after reading previous articles.... I am completely confused as to whether your temples are wiped out completely and this is part and parcel during proecia is this true??

It will get worse before it gets better. If your using propecia at 19 then I hope you have some visable HL to your eyes. Its powerful medication that can mess with young people's hormones. Propecia will help keep the hair you have, but don't expect much regrowth especially in the temples. When I started propecia, i lost a lot of my temples as well. It was frustrating, but Ive been told that those hairs were programmed to fall out in the next 6months in any event. The effects of propecia really can only be seen at about a year for proper evaluation. If things at this point are still continueing to get worse, then I would consider an alternative approach. Some people are not responders to finasteride (the ingrediant in propecia). I often wonder whether I am one of those people. Good luck.

I will recommend you to stop using the hair wax, look for a styling gel that has natural ingredients and without alcohol.
